You’ll trek for about 2.5 – 3 hours until you reach the Palong village Pang Hoo. The Palong recently moved to Thailand from Burma and there are only a handful of Palong villages in Northern Thailand. They wear distinctive clothes, mostly in red, with rattan hoops worn around the waist. Your accommodation is simple - a small wooden hut, just like the villagers, with a mattress on the bamboo floor.
