Geng Kheaw Wan Gai (Green curry chicken) is a popular Thai dish which attracts guests not only by its colors but also by its spicy taste.

Geng Kiew Wan, literally means “Sweet Green Curry”, is carefully-cooked with fine sweet and light tasty spices, delightful taste with the mix of seasonings from green curry & chili paste, sweetness from sugar, blandness of coconut milk and saltiness from fish sauce.

This Green curry chicken is made from many kinds of fresh vegetables such as cauliflower, bell peppers and small corn swim. Its flavor of green curry is enriched by plenty of spicy and a little sweet coconut milk. So what makes this dish have animated color? It’s green curry paste which makes this dish exciting to enjoy! Along with the proof from coconut milk, plenty of curries are added which creates the distinctive Thai food.

Another ingredient essential in this dish is chicken. Chicken is one of the most common meats used in Thai dishes and is a significant sector of numerous soups and curries. Just some morsels of raw chicken, tender bamboo shoots, sliced eggplants, coriander and a full spoon of sweet basil are the elements forming this attractive curry. Let’s serve it with a bowl of steamed rice or enjoyed as a sauce with rice noodles which make it as a Spaghetti.
